Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
This 50-minute session, online or in-person, will be spent understanding and assessing your mental health concerns. A specialized treatment goal and plan will be identified.
Master’s-Level Clinician: $125

Practice Owner / PhD-Level Clinician: $175
Individual Counseling
This 50-minute session, online or in-person, is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly depending on presenting concerns.
Master’s-Level Clinician: $100

Practice Owner / PhD-Level Clinician: $150
Marital/Couples Counseling
Online or in person, couples counseling provides a space to process concerns, improve communication, and work toward shared goals. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly based on the couple’s needs.

Parenting Sessions
Online or in person, these 50-minute sessions provide a space for parents to process concerns, gain psychoeducation, and develop practical strategies to support their family.

Family Counseling
In person, these 50-minute sessions are designed for established clients who wish to incorporate family work into their treatment to process concerns, improve communication, and develop practical tools.

Surgical Readiness Assessment and Letters
In person, this service is available to new or established clients (18+) seeking documentation for gender-affirming surgical care from a trained mental health provider. A 50-minute initial assessment is required before documentation can be provided. Based on the provider’s clinical judgment, additional services may be recommended before surgical readiness can be confirmed.
Initial Assessment with PhD-Level Clinician: $150
Letter writing fee: $50

We offer self-pay rates for those who are uninsured or choose not to use their insurance.
